After the 1st lockdown in March 2020, Massage Therapy among other health care providers was moved to essential services. RMTs serve and protect the public, and pandemic is not an exception. To keep all our clients safe, we follow the COVID-19 protocols by the Ontario Ministry of Health and CMTO guidance which include:

- self-screening before every shift at work (symptoms, temperature, etc.);

- all our staff is fully vaccinated;

- clients screening before each appointment;

- all surfaces disinfected after and before every client;

- sheets changed after every client;

- masks (medical masks grade 2 for therapists) worn and hand washed/sanitized before every appointment.
