My knowledge and experience in massage therapy focus on deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release in addition to having high proficiency in Swedish, relaxation, infant, pregnancy, hot stones and cupping modalities. I am passionate about finding the most effective treatment plan to bring the best possible relief and results to my clients. I believe that proper assessment leads to the best results in a massage treatment. I always educate my clients on how to take care of their bodies for better overall health and well-being. I am a Registered Massage Therapist, graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapists. Since a very young age I learned about holistic therapies, massage, naturopathy and hydrotherapy from my father and was often practicing it on my entire family. By participating in the professional competitive sport, rhythmic gymnastics, and attending the sport school for 15 year I expanded my experience and knowledge of sport medicine, sport injury recovery and prevention. My passion about Massage Therapy intensified after my cervical spine injury recovery. With the help of Massage Therapy sessions along with healing modalities I learned from my father, I recovered fast. I wanted to share my experience and help others. I also worked as a Physician Assistant at the Wilderman Pain Management Clinic assisting several doctors with completing Clients’ Intakes, performing Therapeutic Tests and explaining treatment options. This experience helped me greatly during clients’ assessments and for creating treatment plans. I am practicing therapies for several decades and trained in hot stones massage, cupping, cranio-sacral therapy, reflexology, energy medicine and reiki. I am curious and constantly learning ancient healing practices used by our ancestors as well as modern technologies breakthrough for healing (like new generations of TENS machines, sound healing devices and more). I have a passion for yoga, Tai chi, Qigong, Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, spending time in the nature and reading books. I am fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

My caring and compassionate nature brought me into healthcare. I finished my medical degree from India and worked in many clinics and hospital for many years. To be in a healthcare system in Canada I did my diploma in massage therapy.
My knowledge and experience in massage therapy will provide personalized care to each of my clients by tailoring my treatment to address specific concerns and promote relaxation and healing. Azita Sadraei, DO

Dr. Azel Sadraei is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with an impressive background in diverse medical disciplines.
After graduating from the IRAN University of Medical Science, she dedicated 10 years to practicing general medicine. Seeking to expand her expertise, Dr. Sadraei relocated to Canada and pursued Chinese Medicine at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she later served as a faculty member from 2007 to 2015. During this time, she also taught Western medicine courses, showcasing her comprehensive knowledge.
Driven by her desire to provide the most comprehensive care to her clients, Dr. Sadraei furthered her education at the Royal College of Massage Therapy, earning her massage therapy certificate and becoming a proud member of the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario).

Krishan Nadarajah, DC
Dr. Kris Nadarajah is a registered chiropractor who earned his chiropractic degree from National University of Health and Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Prior to studying at National, he received his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from Lewis University. Since graduating National, Dr. Kris had worked as a chiropractor in Bloomingdale, Illinois where he treated patients of all ages and backgrounds and has co-managed cases with orthopedic surgeons, osteopaths, and neurologists in the past to assist in patient outcomes.
Dr. Kris believes in a holistic approach to chiropractic care emphasizing not only symptom relief but also long-term wellness. As he assesses his patients, he formulates a tailored plan for each patient’s needs by taking their biomechanics and functional movements into consideration. He provides treatments such as chiropractic adjustments, traction techniques, focused soft tissue massage, and joint mobilizations. His goal is to address the root problem along with resolving secondary compensatory issues that are present in the body.
Due to his background in swimming and other various sports, he enjoys treating athletes and teaching them injury prevention, but of course welcomes patients of all walks of life. Continuing his education is a priority and he is always striving to provide patients with the most up-to-date treatments. Kris’s clinical interests include orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions, rehab of sports injuries, and spinal cord disc issues.
